Fiona has a broad commercial experience including field sales, account management and customer marketing gained during her 10 years working for Cadbury and PepsiCo. Heading up the sales channel and managing a number of teams her motivating leadership style and focus on team capability helped delivered outstanding results. In the last five years, Fiona has focused on her passion for bringing out the best in people and is now an experienced executive coach, undertaking specialist areas of training including confidence coaching, team performance coaching and personality profiling.  Fiona brings to Diadem expertise in coaching, communication skills, negotiation and competency based selling.
