Sarah has extensive Commercial and Learning & Development experience gained during almost 20 years with the Cadbury and Kraft Foods organisations.  Her commercial roles spanned Brand Marketing, NPD, Direct Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Product Change. In HR she headed up the UK&I Learning & Development team, working closely with global teams and supporting all business functions in both functional and broader business capability development, with a particular focus on commercial capability, leadership, coaching, people management and team development. Sarah brings to Diadem a broad blend of commercial and HR experience and a passion for developing people and helping them achieve their potential.
