Julie has over twenty years sales experience in top tier multinational FMCG companies such as Unilever and Mondelez UK.  As an account manager she has worked with the UK major grocers in both food and non food, brand and own label and whilst at Allied Bakeries she led the Tesco and Asda business unit.

Julie’s last role was as Head of Sales Capability for Mondelez UK which unlocked her passion for commercial skills development with a particular interest in selling and negotiation skills. She is an accredited executive coach and brings to Diadem a wealth of commercial experience and a desire to enable others to fulfil their potential.
