Louise has almost 20 years of commercial experience within the FMCG and not-for profit sectors, having held a variety of senior management roles in the UK and North America during her time at Cadbury, Kraft and more recently at BBC Children in Need. Louise brings to Diadem deep experience in brand management, new product development, global marketing, category management, commercial strategy, commercial skills training, account management and across all of these – senior stakeholder management. In addition to value creation, Louise is an experienced business operator – bringing first hand experience of P&L accountability and end-to-end business management.  Louise is a passionate developer of people and has considerable experience of team development, management and continuous improvement.
